Lost

Arrogant, I thought I had known it all,Beggar I became as I saw nothing of that all.

Things I thought I am - obviously I am not.Love I thought I found - definitely not.

Lost I became as I look back,Where I started, and now stand.

Probably a blessed place to be,A crossroad every seeker to meet.

Should I settle for the comfort of knowing? As when the seeking is done, the seeker should not be.

So I choose to stay lost,For the more seek, the more become.

Now, will I call this my loss or gain? For in losing myself, i'm gaining it all!
